Bluetooth

Low power radio technology allowing the wireless connection of devices. Some BlackBerry models are Bluetooth enabled, and can wirelessly connect to devices such as headsets and keyboards.

First generation transmits data up to 1 Mbps and utilizes the 2.4 Ghz band. Currently Bluetooth technology is at a 2.0 version.
