Gather information, you will need:
Blackberry PIN number
Blackberry IMEI number
Your email username and password
The PIN and IMEI numbers are on the outside of the blackberry box
If the box is not available, on the blackberry, go to Settings > Options > Status to find this information

Setup to receive Mason Email
For ATT go to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular
Select Create New Account


Try to use your GMU email username and password if possible
You will need the device PIN and IMEI numbers


Select Setup Account
Enter your GMU email address (ex. jsmith@gmu.edu)
Enter your GMU email password
Confirm your GMU email password
Under Services select email accounts
Select Edit to configure your account
Most users will want to edit the signature so it doesn’t say “Sent from my Blackberry”Under Advanced, SSL should be checked and the port 993
When you are finished with the email setup, email should arrive within 20 minutes
