Set your BlackBerry Bold 9000 series device with a custom email signature with these steps.

1. While on a message list, press Menu.

2. Click Options.

3. Click Email Settings.

4. Set the Use Auto Signature field to Yes.

5. Type in your custom signature.

6. Press the Menu key.

7. Click Save.

    I have a Blackberry Bold and I am unable to set a signature on my Blackberry for my email.Any advice?I have followed the instructions and still cannot add the Signature.

    Any advise please?

    To add or edit the signature in the e-mail accounts you need to go to your wireless cellphone carriers BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) web page, log in on your account or create and account, go to setup BlackBerry e-mails, go to the e-mail address you want to change the signature and edit, you have the chance to delete or edit the signature.

    There is a section in named “Wireless Carrier BIS Login Page” Check your carrier there or just google for it. Good luck -
