If an application icon is missing from your BlackBerry Curve, it may be gone because it is hidden.

Icons are hidden by highlighting the icon and selecting Menu > Hide.

To unhide an application icon, press the MenuShow All. You can then highlight the icon, select Menu > Hide to remove the check mark and make the icon always visible again.

@brean Seems like you may have a defective cellphone. I advise you to exchange it at your wireless carriers store -

I have a blackberry curve 8520 and it seems that I have hidden my Blackberry Messenger. However, when I go to menu and press the blackberry button there’s no option that says “show all”. What should I do?
